This is the current cam image. It does not update. There is a java-script remote window and a java remote window. Both of them currently refresh every 30 seconds. The chat window is now active, also. You can also use ICQ to message me. The sleep cam is a much slower refresh. Currently, it updates every 6 minutes.
Schedule: I don't really have a schedule of when I'm on, but, I'm trying to be on, at least a few minutes in the morning, while I'm getting ready for work. I am also trying to have the sleep cam on, every Friday and Saturday night. Depending on how things go, this may increase. If you like, let me know.
